The design is composed of four vignettes, separated in pairs vertically, in the center of the composition by a strip composed of trophies symbolizing the elements, and at the repeat, by a strip showing the signs of the zodiac: B: upper right, Saturn, holding a cornucopia, is seated in a landscape with a globe, quartered with four animals, beside him (personifying Earth); lower right, Venus bourne over the water on a shell drawn by dolphins and attended by amoretti (personifying Water).
