The number of the festoons (cf. 1938-88-2109) is augmented. The steps leading to the base with the figures are increased from two to three. Animal masks and garlands decorate the base. Atop the base is a circular clock face with Roman numerals and arrow-shaped hand, flanked by two griffins, and presented by a nude woman in an Egyptian headdress.
